Facilitator Certification Program


Purpose

The IP2M METRR Facilitator Certification Program prepares professionals to facilitate sessions on assessing and managing project or program maturity using the IP2M METRR framework. This program provides in-depth training on the Integrated Project/Program Management (IP2M) Maturity and Environment Total Risk Rating (METRR) methodology. It equips facilitators with expertise in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and effective time management, enabling them to apply this methodology to complex projects, thereby enhancing performance, reducing risks, and improving decision-making.

Objectives

  1. Understanding of what, why, and when to use IP2M METRR
  2. Gaining knowledge of how to successfully get and use IP2M METRR on large complex projects and programs
  3. Learning efficient facilitation and problem-solving techniques
  4. Practicing IP2M METRR facilitation skills in a hypothetical situation
  5. Preparing to effectively facilitate an IP2M METRR session

IP2M METRR Facilitator Certification Program Requirements

The certification program consists of five steps, including attending and successfully passing an in-person Certification Training Event, followed by completing a facilitation assessment within one year of the Training Event

**The certificate will be issued by ASU after receiving and evaluating your deliverables.
