Training

We have also offered training as a continuation of the tool development effort to ensure successful implementation across agencies nationwide.

The training is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Project Management and led by Arizona State University. Training participants gain a thorough understanding of the assessment tools that will improve their understanding of the efficacy of their EVMS to support integrated project/program management.

The sessions took place on November 7 and 8, 2022 and December 12 and 13, 2022.
